I got the monster tikki on sunday............ and i had to NOT bring a whip of ALL days so he had his way all the way up to the arena ( he didn;t want to go up the hill so the instructor had to drag him up ) Dawn rode oatie and nat was there too .
Actually once i borrowed dawn's whip he was fine and actually decided to listen to me and do what i asked of him. We did work without stirrups but i could feel the metal stirrup buckle poking into my leg ( hurt like shit ) in the sitting trot.
Then canterwork, i for some reason i was tipping forward too much, , i dunno i started that bad habit ( maybe it;s that mimo..........) But tikki's canter is quite ok . In the end returned dawn her whip and tikki was fine, he jus needed to be whacked during the warm up.
