Practically nearly the entire horse community should know this by now, bobby died. It;s sooooo saadddd WHY did he have to go ? he was one of the best school horses that saddle club ever had, no other horse could replace that wonderful smooth, comfy ride. I mean know saddle club would never be the same without him. That grumpy old boy who made fences when you approached him in the stable. Who was the perfect angel to ride........ * sigh * I didn;t know the last time i rode him would be the last time i would. Then again you never realise the last time you would see or do something. Like Sentosa riding centre, the first place i learned to ride properly i didn;t know the last time i would ride at that place, i never really got to say goodbye, though i did come back after it had closed down and the horses were for sale. Or the last time i would see my old school at Thomson, i simply rushed off never realising it would be the last time i would ever see the school again. Such things............ time can only heal the wounds..... what we have to do is grieve his loss and remember him.
It would definetely be a gross insult if his body was chopped up manged and served to the carnivores at the zoo....... i hope that he is buried or cremated and his ashes kept somewhere special were ppl and can go and remember him, remember what a great school pony he was.
